Model C mouthpieces, with check valve, for Alcotest 6000/7000/7510 breathalyzers

The mouthpieces are intended for testing employees, workers, and drivers for alcohol.

For hygiene reasons and to avoid false results, tests on employees and drivers are always performed using a new, unopened mouthpiece.

The check valve prevents backflow through the mouthpiece and keeps saliva from entering the sensor. It ensures better hygiene and more reliable results during alcohol testing.

Each mouthpiece is hygienically sealed in an individual plastic pouch with a perforation for easy tearing.

Advantages of Model C Mouthpieces

• The check valve prevents inhalation through the mouthpiece and ensures better hygiene and safety during alcohol testing.
• The mouthpiece’s shape allows for intuitive, correct positioning of the breathalyzer;
• The outlet cannot be accidentally closed—this prevents the possibility of unintentional interference;
• The mouthpiece spacer ensures that the person’s lips do not come into contact with the breathalyzer;
• The spacer can also be used to easily dispose of the used mouthpiece;
• The individual hygienic mouthpiece packaging features a perforation for easy opening;
• The packaging is designed to be torn open in a way that allows the mouthpiece to be placed on the breathalyzer without touching it.

For hygiene reasons and to avoid inaccurate readings due to residual alcohol in the mouthpiece, always use a new mouthpiece.

The manufacturer recommends that the used mouthpiece not be reused, even after disinfection, washing, or other cleaning, and regardless of whether the same person will be tested again.
