SALES AGREEMENT

A sales agreement is in effect from the moment your order is accepted via email, by phone, or via the online order form on keragon.eu. By taking any of the listed actions to place an order, you agree to these terms and conditions (the sales agreement between Keragon EOOD and you).

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to require an advance payment of up to 100% of the order value before accepting your order for fulfillment.

Accounting Documents

Shipments to legal entities are ALWAYS sent with a tax invoice. Shipments to individuals sent with “cash on delivery” payment are sent via postal money order, and no sales receipt is issued for them. In this case, the courier’s receipt serves as proof of purchase. If you would like a cash receipt, please specify this in a note accompanying your order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION BY PHONE

Before shipping, one of our employees will contact you by phone during business hours (between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on business days) to confirm the delivery address.  If you do not wish to be contacted by phone, please indicate this in the “Additional Instructions” field and select a prepayment method from those offered in the store, such as credit card, bank transfer, ePay, Revolut, Paysera, or EasyPay. If you are a regular customer, your order may be shipped without prior confirmation, regardless of the payment method you choose.

THE MERCHANT’S RIGHT TO REQUEST ADVANCE PAYMENT

Due to the specific nature of the products, the merchant reserves the right, at its discretion, to require the customer to make a partial or full advance payment before proceeding with the order. This right always applies to customers who have not placed an order before. In this case, the new order will be fulfilled only after an advance payment is made; if the customer has not previously selected this payment method, a link for advance payment or a payment code for the EasyPay checkout will be sent, and the shipping costs incurred by the merchant to fulfill the previous order will be added to the total cost of the ordered products.

PRICES

Prices on keragon.eu are in euros and are displayed with (or without) VAT, depending on the customer’s selection. Prices for products offered as add-ons to a product are displayed without VAT, and this is explicitly stated. Upon completion of the order, the shopping cart will list all product prices excluding VAT, their total, the VAT amount, the shipping cost (including VAT), and the total amount due.

DELIVERY METHODS

We offer delivery:

  • to an address, via Econt. Someone must be present at the address during the day. Delivery to an address via Speedy has been temporarily suspended due to issues with the courier service.
  • to a Speedy or Econt office. This offers greater flexibility—you can pick up your package at your convenience during the office’s/APS’s business hours;
  • to BOX NOW automated mailboxes, Speedy APS, or Econtomat;
  • to a BOX NOW locker. They operate 24/7, so you can conveniently, quickly, and affordably receive your shipment at any time. Advance payment is required for delivery to BOXNOW due to difficulties customers have experienced with cash-on-delivery payments through this provider.

Prices, delivery times, and terms:

An additional fee for packaging and delivery costs is charged for every shipment sent via courier, except in cases that meet the conditions for free packaging and delivery (see the terms below). The packaging and delivery fee is calculated immediately upon completion of the order. If the delivery method is changed during the additional order details step, the fee is adjusted accordingly. In this case, the new fee applies, regardless of the originally selected delivery method.

The delivery price includes: Packaging, “Courier Service” (transportation), and the “Cash on Delivery” fee (if used).

  • Current shipping rates are listed on the “Order Summary” page;
  • Orders placed by 4:00 PM on a business day are processed and shipped the same day. They are delivered the next business day. For orders of a breathalyzer (or other device) requiring pre-sale servicing, the time required to process and ship the order may be extended by 1 business day;
  • Certain products have a longer delivery time, if specified in the product description “ON REQUEST”;
  • “Door-to-door” delivery is available on Saturdays or half-days, for which an additional fee will be charged according to the selected courier’s rate.
  • For orders over 100.00 leva, shipping is free. Free shipping is available only for online orders.

AVAILABILITY

Keragon EOOD strives to keep product availability information up to date at all times. If you order a product that has since become unavailable, we will contact you to inform you of this in a timely manner.

DISCREET PACKAGING

For greater discretion, drug tests shipped to end customers (individuals) are double-packaged and labeled as “technical equipment” by the sender, Keragon EOOD.

PAYMENT METHODS

For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment methods:

    • Cash on delivery (cash/card) upon receipt of the order from the courier. Some products cannot be ordered using this payment method.
    • By card (via PAYSERA or MyPOS). You can pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, Maestro, JCB, AE, and others offered by payment system providers;
    • Apple Pay or Google Pay (via MyPOS or PAYSERA). A very convenient payment method via your digital wallet.
    • REVOLUT (via PAYSERA). A very convenient payment method if you use REVOLUT and place an order via your phone.
    • via Bank Transfer (select PROFORMA) – you will receive instructions for payment by bank transfer. If you would like to receive a pro forma invoice to submit to your accounting department for payment, please specify this in the order notes. Order processing will begin once the amount has been credited to our account;
    • Cash / Card / – at the Alcotester.BG office
    • From an ePay.bg account – you will be redirected to the respective operator’s website to complete the payment;
    • In cash at an EasyPay kiosk or by card at an ATM with the B-Pay service – You will receive written instructions and a special code to use when paying at an EasyPay counter or at an ATM with the B-Pay service.

WARRANTY

Keragon EOOD provides the following warranty for all devices:

  • 6 to 24 months, depending on the manufacturer’s warranty for individuals and legal entities.

Shelf Life of Drug Tests

Drug tests have a shelf life of at least 6 months, with the exception of promotional items. If you would like us to check the remaining shelf life of the tests in advance, please note this in the order comments or contact us at 024500269.

RIGHT TO CANCEL A PURCHASE

You have the right to cancel your order without providing an explanation by notifying us by phone or in writing via email.  If you have paid in advance, the amount will be refunded via a chargeback within the same business day; however, it may take up to several days for the refund to be processed. If you paid via EasyPay/B-pay, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer (you must provide a bank account), also within 1 business day.

RIGHT TO RETURN RECEIVED GOODS

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the products must be accompanied by all relevant documents (invoice or delivery note, warranty card, vouchers, etc.), the products must be intact and fully functional, and they must be in their original retail condition, including the packaging. Print out the Return Form and return it, fully completed, along with the merchandise to the address indicated on the form. Shipping costs for returning the merchandise are the customer’s responsibility. For additional questions, contact us.

Refunds

Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 3 business days of Alcotester.BG receiving the merchandise. To receive a refund, you must correctly fill out the form, providing your full name and the details of an EIS-registered bank account to which the funds should be transferred. If any consumables have been used or other shortages are found, their value will also be deducted. If the order included free shipping, the refund amount will be reduced by the cost of those shipping charges. We do not charge any other fees, including processing fees or bank transfer fees.

If the product you wish to return does not meet the return criteria (see details at Return Form), we reserve the right to deny a partial or full refund. In this case, we will return the product to you with a documented reason for the refusal or offer you a partial refund (depending on the condition of the products) via a voucher.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal data is collected and processed by Keragon EOOD solely for the purposes of processing and delivering your order, in strict compliance with the GDPR of 2018. To ensure your anonymity and the discretion of your delivery, you may also provide only a first name or a pseudonym.

Keragon EOOD and its affiliates will not share the information collected about you with other organizations and/or third parties, except for the purposes of delivering your order or in cases expressly provided for by law.

LEGAL RIGHTS

The terms and conditions set forth above offer you a higher level of protection than the standard legal rights under the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria and are not intended to replace or infringe upon your legal rights in any way.

FORCE MAJEURE

Keragon EOOD and its affiliates cannot be held liable in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters and other circumstances deemed to be FORCE MAJEURE / FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, which prevent Keragon EOOD and its affiliates from fulfilling their obligations under these General Terms and Conditions.

CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Keragon EOOD reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions in accordance with market conditions, while complying with legal requirements. All changes made will be promptly reflected here, on the General Terms and Conditions page.
