Orders from the online store keragon.eu are processed and handed over to a courier on the same business day. Delivery takes 1 to 2 days.

    Small towns have special delivery schedules set by courier companies (“on a schedule”), and not all small towns are served by all courier companies. Upon completing your order, you will be presented with all available delivery options for your selected location.     Please note: For “To Address” deliveries, all shipments sent to an address but unable to be delivered due to a lack of contact with the recipient will be redirected by the couriers to the nearest pickup office for pickup on the next business day.

    Keragon.eu is not liable for late deliveries in cases where the user has provided an incomplete, inaccurate, or fictitious address and/or an incorrect phone number for delivery of the ordered goods.

    Shipments are sent with an option for tracking and notification via SMS, Viber, and email. If you do not have Viber, or if you have not provided a valid email address or phone number, you will not be able to receive notifications from the couriers. We recommend that if you do not receive a call or message with the waybill number within 2 to 3 business days after placing your order, you contact keragon.eu by phone to check the status. 

    Keragon.eu advises you to carefully inspect the package upon receipt for any damage incurred during shipping or for tampered packaging.  If you find any discrepancies, please fill out a Claim Form on the spot, which the courier is required to provide to you. The courier company will notify us, and we will contact you to resolve the issue. Problems of this nature are very rare, but it is in our mutual interest to be careful.

    ► Econt/Speedy: Orders placed on a business day by 4:00 p.m., are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. are shipped the next business day.

    ► BOXNOW: Orders placed on a business day by 2:00 p.m. , are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. are shipped the next business day.
