DINGO E-200B – Combined Breathalyzer with an App for Remote Testing
600,00 €
A professional breathalyzer with two measurement modes—with or without a mouthpiece—that optimizes mouthpiece costs when testing employees. Equipped with a Bluetooth module that expands the breathalyzer’s functionality (SmartAPP and wireless connection to a printer)
A professional-grade Dräger breathalyzer designed to test employees for sobriety. It meets the requirements of the BDS EN 15964 standard. It is used by traffic police in Poland and Russia to test drivers. Iran, Vietnam, Singapore, and South Korea. It features a Bluetooth module that adds extra convenience and new functionalities.
Advantages of the Dingo E-200B:
- Two measurement modes:
- fast mode, for a preliminary breath alcohol screening test without a mouthpiece
- Accurate mode, for measurement with a mouthpiece, with precision equivalent to a police breathalyzer
- Optimizes testing costs: the mouthpiece is used for follow-up tests after alcohol is detected in the rapid measurement mode
- low battery consumption = long battery life. A set of standard batteries is sufficient for approximately 1,000 tests
- software for viewing results on a computer
- menu in Bulgarian
- Smartphone app enabling remote employee testing
- Printout of the test report (optional, mobile printer)
DINGO E-200B – breathalyzer with two measurement modes
- Fast: for an express preliminary test, without a mouthpiece. The test is completely contactless—exhalation is performed from a distance into a special reusable funnel-shaped mouthpiece included in the kit. The tester holds the Dingo E-200 breathalyzer up to the person’s mouth. The device automatically takes a sample when it detects exhalation. The results are indicative:
-
- P /Pass, NO ALCOHOL/– no alcohol in the sample or the measured alcohol level is below the set limit
- F /Fail, ALCOHOL/ – alcohol detected exceeding the permissible limit
-
- Accurate: The sample is collected using a mouthpiece. The measurement is precise. The result is displayed as a numerical value, for example, 0.69 per mille;
Instructions for Use
The rapid measurement mode is reliable enough to detect even the smallest amount of alcohol. A mass screening can be conducted quickly and easily, without taking up time and without any cost for mouthpieces. If alcohol is detected in an employee, a follow-up measurement should be performed in precise mode, using a mouthpiece, to confirm the presence of alcohol and determine its exact concentration. Based on the result of the precise measurement, disciplinary action should be taken against the employee. A single-use mouthpiece is used only for follow-up tests
Compulsory Sample Collection
This method of sample collection is practical in cases where the person being tested is unwilling or unable to provide a sample for testing on their own, such as when admitted to a hospital in an impaired state. Compulsory sampling can also be used to perform a rapid test for the presence of alcohol vapors in a vehicle’s passenger compartment. Within a second, it will be clear whether there are alcohol vapors in the passenger compartment, even without entering the vehicle. Such a test can be performed, for example, in a security office.
Tampering is impossible
Insert a new mouthpiece and press the center button to take a forced sample (without exhaling into the mouthpiece). This verifies that the device has not been tampered with and measures correctly in the absence of alcohol. Attempts at tampering are also prevented by other design features: the air outlet cannot be closed, and attempts to inhale backward will not be recorded.
Internal Memory for Measurements
The Dingo E-200B reliably stores the results of the last 500 measurements. Each result has a unique number, along with the date and time of the measurement. The number can be recorded in the report or in the inspection log. The data is stored securely and cannot be deleted. The results can be viewed, exported, printed, and archived on a computer.
Viewing Results on a Computer
The MAX30 software package for the Dingo E-200 allows you to view, print, and export results from a computer. Download MAX30 here.
System for Standalone Employee Testing
The Dingo E-200 can be configured to work with the specialized MAX40 software, allowing the breathalyzer to be used as a peripheral device connected to a PC. This allows you to create a comprehensive system for checking employee sobriety and ensuring compliance with work hours without the need for specialized access control systems. Printing a report with the measurement results
The Dingo E-200B connects to the mobile printer via cable or wirelessly, using an infrared (IR) or Bluetooth (BT) interface. With a wired connection, the result is printed automatically; with a wireless (IR) connection, it is printed when the breathalyzer’s transmitter is brought close to the printer’s receiver. The printed report is in Bulgarian.
Low operating costs
The Dingo E-200B has remarkably low power consumption. One set of two AA alkaline batteries is sufficient for approximately 1,000 measurements.
Replaceable sensor unit
The Dingo E-200B’s sensor is designed as a separate component, a replaceable sensor unit. The user can replace the sensor unit with a spare one on their own. This allows the breathalyzer to be sent in for periodic technical inspection less frequently, for example during long voyages. Thus, reliable and accurate measurements are guaranteed with the Dingo E-200B.
Added features with the Bluetooth module
- Easier printing of the test report
Printing via the Bluetooth interface is even easier. There is no need to connect the breathalyzer with a cable or pair the printer and the breathalyzer via an IR port. It is sufficient for the printer to be turned on and nearby (5–10 meters), within the range of the Bluetooth connection. The printed report is in Bulgarian.
- Option for remote employee testing
With the help of the SmartApp (for Android smartphones), the Dingo E-200B can be used for remote employee testing.
How it works: Employees subject to remote sobriety monitoring self-test in front of the selfie camera (holding the smartphone pointed at their face) while measuring the alcohol content in their breath. At the moment the sample is taken, the smartphone captures an image of the person providing the sample (to prevent tampering), after which the result, along with the photo, is automatically sent to the manager’s email or that of another official responsible for monitoring.

With this feature, the Dingo E-200B provides a new level of security by enabling monitoring of sobriety and compliance with work hours for remote employees, for example, when they are working directly at a client’s site, on a business trip, or for drivers living with their employers. The manager receives the results of each alcohol test immediately via email, with each test documented by a photo of the person being tested, the exact measurement result, the time of the test, and GPS coordinates. Subsequently, all test results can be viewed on a smartphone, including the exact location of the test on a map.
