The Rapid Combined Surface Drug Test Panel is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of multiple drugs and their metabolites on surfaces and in solid materials.
It detects the following drugs:
- Opiates (heroin, morphine) – MOP
- Cocaine – COC
- Methamphetamines – MET
- Amphetamines – AMP
- Marijuana/cannabis – THC
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Allow the test, sample, buffer, and/or control to reach room temperature (15–30°C) before testing.
Remove the test panel from the sealed package and use it as soon as possible.
FOR SURFACES
1. Remove the panel cap and wipe the surface where drugs or medications are expected or suspected to be present with the swabs.
2. With the arrows pointing down toward the water, immerse the test panel vertically in the water for at least 10 to 15 seconds. Immerse the strips at least up to the level of the wavy lines, but not above the arrow on the test panel.
3. Wait for the colored lines to appear. The test result should be read after 5 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.

FOR SOLIDS:
1. Prepare sample collection containers and a solid sample.
2. Pour the solid sample into the sample collection containers.
3. At least 1 mg of solid material, diluted with 5 ml of water (1 capful of a bottle of mineral water ≈ 5 ml). Shake to mix thoroughly.
4. Remove the cap from the test panel with the arrow pointing toward the water, and immerse the test panel vertically into the water sample for at least 10 to 15 seconds. Immerse the strips at least up to the level of the wavy lines, but not above the arrow on the test panel.
5. Wait for the colored lines to appear; read the results after 5 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.

FOR URINE:
1. Collect the urine in a clean, dry container.
2. Remove the cap from the test panel; with the arrow pointing toward the sample, immerse the test panel vertically in the sample for at least 10 to 15 seconds. Immerse the strips at least up to the level of the wavy lines, but not above the arrow on the test panel.
3. Wait for the colored lines to appear, read the results after 5 minutes, and do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.

FOR LIQUIDS:
1. Prepare sample collection containers and a liquid sample.
2. Add one to three drops of the suspected liquid to 5 ml of water (1 capful of a bottle of mineral water ≈ 5 ml). Shake to mix thoroughly.
3. Remove the cap from the test panel with the arrow pointing toward the sample, and immerse the test panel vertically in the sample for at least 10 to 15 seconds. Immerse the strips at least up to the level of the wavy lines, but not above the arrow on the test panel.
4. Wait for the colored lines to appear, read the results after 5 minutes, and do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
NEGATIVE:* A colored line appears in the control region (C) and other colored lines appear in the test region (T). This negative result indicates that the concentrations in the sample are below the specified cutoff levels for the specific drug/medication being tested.
*NOTE: The intensity of the colored line(s) in the test area (T) may vary.
The result should always be considered negative whenever even a faint line is present.
POSITIVE: A colored line appears in the control region (C), but no line appears in the test region (T). A positive result indicates that the concentration of the drug/medication in the sample is greater than the specified cutoff value for that specific drug/medication.
INVALID: No line appears in the control region (C). Insufficient sample volume or improper testing techniques are the most likely causes of the absence of a control line. Reread the instructions and repeat the test with a new panel. If the result is still invalid, contact your local distributor.
