14,95 € – 255,00 €Price range: 14,95 € through 255,00 €
A combined saliva test that allows you to simultaneously detect recent use of 4 synthetic drugs:
- synthetic cannabinoids – up to 20 hours
- ecstasy – up to 30 hours
- tramadol – up to 50 hours
- methadone – up to 10 hours
MultiDrug S 4 K2 is a panel-style combined saliva test that is used like a lollipop. It can detect recent use of 4 synthetic drugs:
- synthetic cannabis K2 —a relatively new drug with a similar sedative effect. It is much more dangerous than natural cannabis because it is easy to overdose on, even to lethal doses;
- ecstasy —a typical club drug used as a stimulant in nightlife venues;
- Tramadol —an opioid-based pain reliever that is also abused (for its euphoric effects) by addicts;
- methadone —a heroin substitute, used legally to treat heroin addiction. In high doses and when taken in a manner other than prescribed, it leads to a “high.”

Alternatives
MultiDrug S 4 K2 is a saliva test similar to the field tests used by the Traffic Police DrugTest 5000, but its specifications are not entirely identical. For a field test with more similar specifications, choose DrugWipe 5 S, DrugWipe 6 S BE or DrugCheck 3000. For a budget-friendly option that detects drugs monitored by the Traffic Police, choose MultiDrug S 4 STD, MultiDrug S 5, MultiDrug S 6 or MultiDrug S 10.
Drug Detection Window
Saliva drug tests detect both the drugs themselves and some of their metabolites. Due to the specific nature of saliva-based test kits, a positive result for a drug using such a drug test indicates, with a high degree of probability, that the person being tested is still under the influence of the drug, i.e., is still “high.”
The tests have varying sensitivity levels for each drug; furthermore, the metabolic process in the body differs for each drug. Individual factors such as weight, age, metabolism, as well as specific consumption patterns—such as combining the drug with liquids, food, alcohol, etc.—also play a role. Therefore, the length of time a drug can be detected in saliva—the so-called detection window—is relative. The detection times listed below are averages.
Why choose a saliva test?
- The detection window for drugs in saliva most closely corresponds to their detection in the blood, therefore a positive result on a saliva test is a reliable indication of recent use;
- A less intrusive sampling method. Collecting a saliva sample minimally intrudes on the test subject’s personal space;
- Greater security during sample collection. The saliva test cannot be tampered with by the person being tested, as the sample is collected directly by the tester. Unlike saliva, controlling the collection of a urine sample is much more difficult and intrusive; and without supervision, test subjects can easily tamper with the urine sample.
