DINGO B-01 – Stationary Breathalyzer

Dingo B-01 is a stationary, portal-type breathalyzer that operates without a mouthpiece. It is designed for employee screening. It operates completely autonomously, without requiring another employee to conduct alcohol tests on workers. This is achieved by installing it at the entrance to the facility (the restricted-access area) and having it directly control the opening of a turnstile or electric gate. It can be integrated into an existing access control system for alcohol monitoring.

The test takes only 1 second. The result is displayed using a traffic-light system: if alcohol is detected above the set limit, the indicator lights up red; if below, it lights up green. It can be left to operate autonomously within the security guard’s line of sight (the guard on duty will only need to ensure that employees are being tested and monitor the test results). If connected to a turnstile or an electrically locked door, the Dingo B-01 grants or denies the employee access without requiring the security guard’s attention.

Dingo B-01 activates with a single button press and is ready for testing in just a few seconds; it can operate continuously throughout the day. Employees are tested contactlessly, quickly, and without a mouthpiece. Upon approaching within a few centimeters of the opening, the person being tested blows into the funnel for about 1 second. The breathalyzer takes a sample of exhaled air for analysis and displays the result within 3 seconds. If the result is negative—that is, the sample is below the threshold—the green LED lights up. If the breathalyzer controls an electric lock, it will send a signal to unlock the door or turnstile. If the sample exceeds the threshold, the red LED lights up. In this case, the door or turnstile does not open, and the employee is not allowed to enter the workplace. After testing Dingo B-01, it is ready almost instantly to test the next employee.

Dingo B-01 is fast and has a high throughput capacity. In one minute, it can test up to 10 people.
