MultiDrug S 10 – saliva test for 10 drugs

MultiDrug S 10 is a panel-style combined saliva test that is used like a lollipop. It allows you to detect recent use of 10 drugs simultaneously using a saliva sample:

1. opioids — (heroin, morphine, codeine) — have been used in medicine as pain relievers for millennia. They induce relaxation and euphoria, which is the desired effect when abused. An accessible drug;
2. cocaine – a white crystalline powder that causes increased activity and suppresses fatigue, the need for sleep, and the feeling of hunger. Expensive drug.
3. amphetamines – a synthetic drug that suppresses fatigue and enhances concentration. They are also used as performance-enhancing drugs by athletes. An accessible drug
4. cannabis – the most popular drug in the world. It is used in medicine as a pain reliever. It causes elevated mood, euphoria, heightened senses, and mild hallucinations (at high doses). An easily accessible drug.
5. methamphetamines — a synthetic drug that is dangerous in case of overdose and has long-lasting effects. It suppresses fatigue and enhances concentration. Very accessible.
6. benzodiazepines —a wide range of sedatives prescribed with a green prescription.  They are most commonly used by drug addicts as “come-down” agents after a stimulant high.
7. phencyclidine (10 ng/ml)
8. oxycodone (50 ng/ml)

10. ecstasy (50 ng/ml)

Alternatives

This saliva test is different from the tests used by the Traffic Police. Its sensitivity and parameters are not identical to those used by them DrugTest 5000. Drug Detection Window

Saliva drug tests detect both the drugs themselves and some of their metabolites. Due to the specific nature of saliva-based test kits, a positive result for a drug using such a drug test indicates with a high degree of probability that the person being tested is still under the influence of the drug, i.e., is still “high.”

The tests have varying sensitivity levels for each drug; furthermore, the metabolic process in the body differs for each drug. Individual factors such as weight, age, metabolism, as well as specific consumption patterns—such as combining the drug with liquids, food, alcohol, etc.—also play a role. Therefore, the length of time a drug can be detected in saliva—the so-called detection window—is relative. The detection times listed below are averages.

Why choose a saliva test?

• The detection window for drugs in saliva most closely corresponds to their detection in the blood, therefore a positive result on a saliva test is a reliable indication of recent use;
• A less intrusive sampling method. Collecting a saliva sample minimally intrudes on the test subject’s personal space;
• Greater security during sample collection. The saliva test cannot be tampered with by the person being tested, as the sample is collected directly by the tester. Unlike saliva, monitoring urine sample collection is much more difficult and intrusive; and without supervision, test subjects can easily tamper with the urine sample.
