This breathalyzer is used in Bulgaria and a number of other countries by traffic police to test drivers on the road. It is registered as a measuring instrument for determining alcohol in breath by the Bulgarian Institute of Metrology . Reliable and Accurate Measurement

The Drager Sensor, proven over a decade of service, always delivers fast, accurate, and repeatable results. Internal heating prevents condensation and ensures perfect sensor temperature control, even at the lowest temperatures. The sensor does not react to any chemical substances other than alcohol, which guarantees the most accurate results every time. The Dräger ALCOTEST 7510 can operate reliably at temperatures ranging from -10°C to +50°C.

Detection of Residual Alcohol in the Mouth

The ALCOTEST 7510 features a system for detecting residual alcohol in the mouth. Residual alcohol can be detected up to 10 minutes after consuming alcoholic beverages or food containing alcohol (e.g., a croissant with a filling containing a small amount of alcohol), or after rinsing with an alcohol-containing mouthwash (Listerine, etc.). Residual alcohol can cause a false positive result. The ALCOTEST 7510 breathalyzer’s oral alcohol detection system ensures accurate measurements every time.

Hygienic and Safe

The ALCOTEST 7510 meets the highest hygiene standards for safe operation. The position of the mouthpiece and the breathalyzer’s special design ensure a safe and hygienic distance between the operator’s hand and the subject’s face. After the test is complete, a special ejection button is used to quickly and easily remove the used mouthpiece without the operator having to touch it.

Large Internal Memory

The ALCOTEST 7510 can process and store a large volume of information internally. Each test is recorded with a unique number, date, and time of the measurement and can be viewed directly on the device. Results cannot be deleted or tampered with—a safeguard against corruption. Additionally, the vehicle registration number, the name of the person tested, the location, and the reasons for the test can be recorded for each result. The results are stored in the device’s internal memory and can be easily transferred to a portable printer or a PC for subsequent review, analysis, printing, and archiving. Everything needed for this purpose is included in the ALCOTEST 7510 kit.

The ALCOTEST 7510 comes standard with a NiMH rechargeable battery pack and adapters for 12V and 220V. If necessary, standard AA alkaline batteries can also be used. To achieve maximum battery life, especially in winter, the Dräger ALCOTEST 7510 can be upgraded with a high-capacity lithium-ion battery pack.

Wide range of accessories

Test results can be transferred wirelessly to a mobile printer (optional). The Dräger ALCOTEST 7510 can be connected to a computer via a USB cable (included) for fast data transfer or to configure settings.
