AlcoFind AF100S is a convenient, fast, and sensitive indicative breathalyzer designed for initial sobriety checks of drivers and employees. The device features an electrochemical sensor, the same type used in breathalyzers employed by the police. It operates extremely quickly and reliably. Professional Electrochemical Sensor

The breathalyzer is equipped with a professional electrochemical sensor. The sensor ensures excellent and reliable performance and a long service life for the device. Testing with the electrochemical sensor is extremely fast. The time required to perform a test, analyze the results, review the outcome, and be ready for a retest is no more than 3 seconds.

Multifunctional breathalyzer

AlcoFind AF100S operates completely autonomously—the 2000 mA rechargeable battery is designed for up to 10 hours of operation, and charging is done using the USB cable included in the kit. There is no need to replace disposable alkaline batteries or change mouthpieces.

The breathalyzer allows for a completely passive test—for example, if you need to test a person who is incapacitated or refuses to provide a breath sample. Simply press the Passive button, and the device immediately takes a sample from the surrounding air for analysis.

The AF100S features easy-to-interpret service indicators—such as a low battery, approximate number of tests remaining, or the need to calibrate the professional sensor. The Dräger displays service information via a multicolored LED indicator.

AlcoFind AF100S also has an additional light signal that can be used similarly to traffic police stop sticks— “STOP FOR A CHECK!”

Detailed information on blood alcohol concentration

The test result is displayed using LEDs of different colors: blue if no alcohol is detected or if the alcohol level is below the threshold, red if alcohol is detected above the set limit. If alcohol is detected above the limit, an audible alarm also sounds.

Other indicative breathalyzers only show the presence or absence of alcohol, while the AlcoFind AF100S indicates 10 levels of alcohol concentration.

Rapid Testing in High-Traffic Areas

The AlcoFind AF100S is quick and easy to use. It is held up to the subject’s mouth, and the subject blows into it for one second. When it detects the breath, the breathalyzer automatically takes a sample, analyzes it, and displays the result. The test and analysis take about one second, and after the result is displayed for two seconds, the breathalyzer automatically returns to standby mode, ready for the next test.

Configuration according to the operator’s requirements

The threshold level (alarm triggered when alcohol is detected in the breath) can be adjusted within the range of 0.100 to 0.500 per mille, allowing for great flexibility. 0.100 per mille is a threshold suitable for a zero-tolerance policy toward alcohol, while 0.500 per mille is appropriate when moderate alcohol consumption (e.g., one beer) is permitted.
