X-am 5100 – Gas Monitor for Hydrogen Peroxide, Hydrazine, Hydrofluoric Acid, and Hydrochloric Acid (HF/HCl, H₂O₂, or N₂H₄)

Gas analyzer for hydrazine (N2H4), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), hydrogen fluoride (HF), and hydrochloric acid (HCl). These hazardous volatile vapors are generated during production processes in the petroleum industry and may also occur during aseptic (sterile) packaging, in corrosion protection in water boilers, and in rocket fuels.

Measurement ranges:

• Hydrazine (N2H4)

0–5 ppm, resolution 0.01 ppm

• Hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂)

0 – 20 ppm, resolution: 0.1 ppm

• Hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid(HF/HCl)

0 – 30 ppm, resolution: 0.1 ppm

The X-AM 5100 can be used to monitor 10 hazardous compounds: N₂H₄, HBr, HCl, HF, H₂O₂, CH6N2, C2H8N2, HNO3, POCl3, and PCl3.
