SENKO iGAS CO₂ – Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) Gas Detector

The SENKO iGAS CO₂ is a portable single-gas detector designed for continuous measurement of carbon dioxide (CO₂) concentrations in the ambient air. Carbon dioxide accumulates in poorly ventilated areas and confined spaces. The gas is colorless, odorless, and classified as toxic. It can cause suffocation and have a narcotic effect. The Senko iGAS uses a high-grade infrared (NDIR) sensor, which gives it a virtually unlimited service life, a fast response time, and very high precision.

The detector is suitable for use in industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, underground facilities, the energy sector, and other environments at risk of carbon dioxide buildup.

Reliable detection and fast response

The detector is equipped with a highly sensitive sensor with a fast response time. When hazardous concentrations are reached, a two-stage alarm is activated:

• First level: above 0.5% Vol
• Second level: above 1.0% Vol

The display shows the current concentration and the activated alarm level.

Easy to use

The Senko iGAS CO₂ operates with two buttons. The LCD display shows:

• the current carbon dioxide (CO₂) concentration

• alarm level

• unit of measurement

• remaining service life indicator

Small and easy to carry

The Senko iGAS CO₂ is compact—smaller than a cigarette pack. It weighs only 135 g, making it lighter than most other similar detectors on the market. It has a clip on the back for attaching to clothing or a bag.

Event logger for analysis and reporting

The Senko iGAS CO₂ gas detector stores records of:

• the last 30 alarm events
• peak concentrations
• measurement data for a period of up to 2 months
