- How long will my package remain in a BOX NOW locker?
You can pick up your package within 48 hours of delivery; the time limit begins when you receive a notification (Viber/SMS/email). The storage period can be extended free of charge for an additional 48 hours via the BOXNOW website in the “Track Your Package” section. If the package is not picked up within the specified time, it will be returned to us.
- Why can’t I pay via Cash on Delivery at a BOX NOW kiosk?
BOX NOW’s vending machines do not have a card payment terminal, and the cash-on-delivery payment method offered by BOX NOW is complicated for users who have no experience making payments via their phones. For this reason, Keragon BG does not offer cash-on-delivery payments to BOX NOW. Once you have successfully completed your order in the online store, picking up your package is as easy as possible.
- How does the process of picking up a package from a BOX NOW kiosk work?
BOX NOW will send you an SMS, Viber message, or email containing a PIN code as soon as your package arrives at the selected kiosk. Enter the PIN code on the machine’s keypad, and one of the boxes will open automatically.
- I placed an order, 24 hours have already passed, but I still haven’t received my package. Why?
BOX NOW delivers the next day nationwide and the same evening in Sofia, provided the order is placed by 2:00 PM on a business day. If the order is placed later, it will be picked up for delivery the next business day. You can track your shipment on the BOX NOW website or contact BOX NOW at support@boxnow.bg and 0700 70744.
